The St. Lawrence Centre Arena offers a variety of ice hockey programs throughout the course of the year. We cater to the casual pick-up hockey player and to those hockey players aspiring to take their talents to the next level.

Adult Pickup Hockey

Beginning in the month of April, this fast paced Spring Hockey League is extremely popular with players. Open to Mosquito, Mite, Squirt, Peewee, Bantam, and Midget Minor division players, 3 on 3 hockey brings kids to the grassroots fun of hockey. Visit our 3-on-3 Hockey page for more information.

The St. Lawrence Centre Arena is hosts annual Summer Leagues beginning in July consisting of 4 teams per division. Players sign up individually and are placed on teams during an on-ice evaluation. The goal is to create 4 evenly skilled teams to enhance the game play of the league and to allow the players the opportunity to meet new friends. Games are held at 7:00 or 8:15pm 1 day each week using a 5-on-5 full-ice format. This league is open to players going into the following divisions for the upcoming winter season: Midget, Bantam, Peewee and Squirt.

The St. Lawrence Centre Arena will be hosting a Summer Mite Development League on Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 6:45pm beginning in July.  This program is limited to 26 skaters and 4 goalies.  Each session will include drills and instruction followed by scrimmage and game situation.  Several coaches and a dedicated goalie coach will teach the fundamentals of hockey and skating.
