Skate Sharpening

We offer skate sharpening for Hockey, Figure and Goalie skates. Custom Radius is also available to give you the right edge for your skates.

Cost is only $5.00 and your skates can usually be sharpened while you wait.

Kids Club

Advanced Skating Clinic

For Players born 1993 - 2000. Tuesdays and Thursdays, August 31 - September 30, 5:30 - 6:45 pm. Cost: $90.00

This is our second year offering an advanced level skating clinic for hockey players. Chris Finnerty returns for another year to head up this skating program with his series of drills that teach proper skating technique, edges, and balance. Participants will learn to maintain control of the puck even in the most difficult situations by developing better hand-eye coordination, balance, and blade control. This clinic is essential for any skater looking to take their abilities to the next level.

Goalie School

Tuesdays and Fridays, August 31 - October 1, 5-week 10-session program.

Tyler Murphy Goalie School Tyler Murphy is a certified instructor and has played Junior A and Junior B hockey with years of experience in all aspects of goaltending instruction. He joins our staff of instructors to offer this Goalie School to develop the full range of goalie skills with both on-ice and off-ice instruction. Stance, movement, rebound control, technique, and much more will be covered in this 5-week, 10-session program.

Tuesdays: Off-ice begins at 6:00pm, On-ice 7:00 - 8:00pm.

Fridays: On-ice 5:45-6:45pm, Off-ice 7:00 - 7:30pm.

Rock-n-Skate - Every Friday night! Begins September 3rd!

On Friday evenings, beginning September 3rd, from 7:00 - 9:00 pm we dim down the lights and turn up the fun on the ice! A colorful lightshow and DJ provide the entertainment, taking requests and dedications from the skaters. This public skating session is open to all ages and features fun games and contests. Admission for Rock-n-Skate is $5.00 and skate rental is $2.50.

Public Skating Year-round

We are open year-round with Public Skating sessions almost every day! Admission is $3.00 and skate rental is $2.50. We offer multi-visit skating passes at great discounts. Visit our Public Skating page for more details.

About Us

The St. Lawrence Centre Arena is a year-round ice skating facility located in the St. Lawrence Centre shopping mall in Massena, NY. We offer Public Skating sessions, Birthday Party Packages, Figure Skating Schools, youth Hockey Leagues and clinics, private ice rentals, youth and adult pickup hockey and open freestyle sessions.
